Today Mom and us girls went shopping in Provo. We had a day full of laughter. It was so much fun!

Today after church, we had dinner with Grandpa and Grandma B and Aunt Hillary. Grandma made yummy rolls. So good, infact, we had to take some with us for the ride back to Grandpa and Grandma Jolley's house.

Merry Christmas! Laynie had a blast unwrapping presents this year. She would unwrap one, hand it to me, then move on to the next one.

Laynie was so excited to see Minnie Mouse on her Christmas PJ's. She got to open them on Christmas Eve.

It was a little weird for us driving in all this snow. Tonopah just doesn't get this much snow.

Since we'll be traveling tomorrow, we decided to finish our advent calendar today.

No matter what we try, Laynie will not wear her gloves outside when it's cold; but inside watching cartoons...she begs to have them on. I got her to smile at me for the picture, but she wouldn't take her eyes off Mickey Mouse!

Laynie has been loving her baby a lot lately. This morning she even had to eat breakfast with it. :)

We had the missionaries, Elder Christensen and Elder Smith over for dinner and games tonight. They are some fun guys. We enjoy having them in our home.

We made some Christmas cookies today. Laynie loved decorating her own cookie then eating all the M&M's off of it.

Reading a story with Daddy. Her favorite books right now are Twas the Night Before Christmas and What Makes a Rainbow. We read them multiple times a day!

I painted Laynie's toenails this morning and she couldn't stop checking them out!

WLaynie was a sick little girl today. We spent most of the day cuddled up on the couch. Thank goodness it is just a cold though.

Laynie has been into playing inside of things lately. The other day she pulled out her bottom dresser drawer, emptied it, and climbed in with a book to read. Today it was the laundry basket. P.S. Do you like her new hat? Her Daddy sure does! :)

Miss LJ had her 18 month check-up today. She weighed in at 21 lbs. 1 oz. and was 32 inches long. She is a healthy, happy little girl. She had to get one shot, and she wasn't too happy about it, but now she is done with shots until she goes to kindergarten! Hooray!

We got snow last night. Only about 2 inches, and the wind has blown most of it away, but we did get snow!

Before we left Mesquite, we had to make one more trip to the arcade and Uncle B won big! We were so excited, because he shared his tickets with all of us!

If you know me, you know that I love the "I Spy" books. Laynie has her own "I Spy" board book and this morning she went through every page in the book and pointed out all the balls. Looks like we'll have to start spying things together!

Last night for family home evening, we made a "thankful turkey." Laynie loved it!

When Laynie gets out of the bath tub at night she always makes funny faces in the mirror. This one is classic, and we had a good laugh when she started making it at dinner tonight!

We asked Laynie to pick her toys up, and she proceeded to pick up the entire living room. There were two packages of wipes, the pillows off the couch, her stool, her pj's, and her blanket among other things.

Before we headed home we stopped to see the temple. It was very pretty!

We stayed at Circus Circus. Laynie was a little leery of all the animal statues, but we finally got her to pose by the elephant.

Today we headed to Reno for a little family getaway. These little rides were right by the lobby of our hotel and Laynie had to stop and visit with Mickey Mouse every time we walked by.
