Last night we had our ward Easter party complete with an Easter egg hunt. Of course, we forgot her bucket. Luckily, they provided wal-mart sacks to collect the eggs in.

Laynie loves the "ashlight" on the hard hat Grandpa B gave her! We turn it off and on all day.

Our awesome friend/neighbor, Erin, made us cupcakes. Laynie loved licking the frosting. The actual cake, not so much, but the frosting was a big hit!

We have a little hole in our fence, and the neighbors have dogs. Every once in a while we catch Laynie spying through the hole saying, "Hi puppies."

I was lining up a few of Laynie's flashcards, then having her pick out certain ones. Well, she got tired of that so she lined them all up and had me pick them. She's one smart little girl!

My parents and Hillary drove us to Ely today to meet Brandon. Laynie was so excited to see him. She hugged on him like this for about a half hour. It was so stinkin' cute! She is definitely her Daddy's girl!

Today we had a shower for Heather and Marissa. (Unfortunately, Heather wasn't able to attend though due to high blood pressure. She is on strict bedrest until she has the baby.) We had a good turn out. Thanks to all who came!

We went and visited Grandpa and Grandma Jolley today. It took Laynie and Easton a little while to get reacquainted, but then they had fun playing together.

Laynie and I were lucky enough to spend the week in Utah. We spent the first few days with Carl, Heather, and Gavin. The kids had so much fun playing together.

We headed out to the sand dunes today to get some sand for Laynie's sandbox. Daddy found a horny toad. I was disgusted by it, but Laynie became quite fond of it.
